5. Orders and Delivery

9.3. Agricultural Products: Please note that agricultural products can be sensitive to environmental factors, handling, and storage. While we strive to provide high-quality products, we cannot guarantee specific yields, growth rates, or resistance to pests/diseases. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment and research regarding product suitability for their specific agricultural needs.
9.4. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, TheOrganicRoots will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service or from any information, content, materials, products (including software), or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India.
